Close your eyes. Take a few slow deep breaths. Now…ask yourself the question….is this where my life is supposed to be? Most of you will most likely say no. Then you will try to make excuses why it has to be the way it is. You were put here on s path. Not the kind of path that you understand as a normal path. You are now living off that path. It is now filled with both physical and emotional pain. So why do you do? You abandon this current path. Hold on. Don’t get your panties in a bunch. This is not a cold Turkey thing. There are steps. I will give you the first couple. You will be able to pick the rest up on your way.
First step. Find quiet…. Find a time and place where you can spend time thinking about you. I suggest writing down your thoughts. Use good ear plugs or nice canceling headsets if you have to. The has to be every day. Here comes the excuses again….
Second. Learn how to meditate the right way. I suggest learning on YouTube. Binaural beats help.
Third. Start to feel your heart and what it is saying. This is your intuition. Don’t worry about the how’s. That will come. Fourth…What do you want to learn? This will be your desires. Finish the sentence…” I always wanted to…..” You also have a bucket list. Do you want to jump out of a plane? Are you with the right people?
The rest will start to fall into place.
