Identify what stories you are telling yourself around these areas. It helps to consider the stories you parents, family, and/or partner may have as well, since we at times borrow others stories and don’t always fully realize they are other’s stories we have been repeating ourselves, This addresses concepts related to beliefs, mindset, emotions, expectations, etc..
While writing your current stories, also identify the rules you have in each area. Example: If I get in a relationship with this type of person this.. and that.. will happen.
