What is spiritual Life Coaching?
I have been asked more times than I can count….”I feel like I have been through an awakening. WHAT DO I DO NOW?
There is no one answer. In fact, there is no answer that fits everyone. There are many paths to reach the top of the mountain. What a spiritual life coach does is provide a light for you to to start your journey. I give you tools and practices to get you walking down your path.
Another thing we do is integrate all beings of you.
There is an Indian proverb that says… We are a house with four rooms. Mental, Physical, Emotional and Spiritual
Often we sit in only one room and forget about the rest. We don’t visit and air them out. When we do that, we are incomplete. The room that is less visited is the spiritual room
A spiritual coach is someone who helps you connect to who you truly are. A spiritual coach uses a deeper, more holistic approach. A spiritual coach will work with root causes instead of treating symptoms. In essence a spiritual coach is there to help you connect to who you truly are deep down.
How does this work?
If you are local, we have a few options: To keep costs down for my clients, I do not pay for an office.
- I feel that most are comfortable in their own home, so this is my preferred way to meet.
- We can meet at a quiet place like a library, A quiet cafe, the park or a Wine Bar.
- We can meet at my home as well. This is an option after out first meeting.
- I also do Skype meetings.
