Everyone is so afraid to feel emotion. We have been taught how to label emotion as bad and good. We crave good emotion and run from bad emotion. We are afraid that bad emotion makes us weak and vulnerable. This is not so. First we need to remove the bad/good label from emotion. This allows for us to process this emotion the way we were designed to. It is Yin and Yang energy that makes us complete. It is hard to find people that are balanced. They are so confused. Harboring this low energy. They latch on to something they feel will balance their heart. It could be their kids, work, friends or a habit like drugs or drinking. Or maybe a combination of all of these. So how do you balance your emotions? This is very simple. You need to just let go. Be totally open to what comes into your life. That is it. Augment the emotions that are created from the experience. Allow ANY emotion to flow freely. Remove the labels of good and bad. Have you ever heard the saying… “You need to have a good cry” or “”Just cry it out”? This removes the lower energy from your soul. It is a balance that you must keep. Charge head first into the situations that are presented to you. Feel them with your heart. You will start to feel the low energy from the high energy and be able to navigate accordingly. Just a heads up. You might make mistakes in the beginning. This comes from doubt. You might second guess your feels based off of past experience. Be aware of it in the feeling process and don’t allow your ego you present itself.
