With everything that is happening, there is a LOT of fear in everyone. Fear is a VERY controllable emotion. There are many ways to do it. The way I am going to show you is wonderful.
Chanting is a way to vibrate certain power centers in your body. Chanting OM increases the higher vibration of the root chakra. If you don’t know what the chakras are, I suggest. watching this video. She explains the 7 main chakras nicely.
So, the root chakra is where you unfortunately store fear. We want to raise that vibration in this area to a higher status.
I put a video below that will guide you for the first time you do this. Maybe even the second time. After the first couple of minutes, when you have it down, you want to do this without the audio.
Suggestions:
- I would use a good pair of headsets to listen to this.
- You want to heighten the vibration in the chants.
- Focus on you root chakras and feel it vibrate.
- Do this in a comfortable chair of sitting crossed-legged on a cushion.
- Do this with your eyes closed.
- Don’t worry if you have thoughts. That is just a part of meditation. You will soon get lost in the chant.
- You may see visions after a while. That is OK. This chant also enhances clairvoyance.
- The chant below is an hour. You may have to work up to this. JUST BE PATIENT.
