We spend a good part of our lives trying to drown the memories.. We believe that if we can send them deep enough, we will not feel or see them. But that doesn’t happen does it? They end up floating to the top sooner or later. Most are mindless and don’t realize that they are bumping into you. They get to the point where they are ruling your thoughts and feelings. You not only feel them in your heart, you see them in your dreams. This does not allow you to grow and expand You become stuck in a day that never ends. We are so scared to feel this word we call pain. We have attached so many meanings to a 4 letter word. But yet you write it down on a piece of paper and it is just 4 letters without a meaning. There is no reason to expand the idea of those four letters. I understand that I am somewhat of an anomaly that I was able to dump all of my fear in just 2 days. But it proves that it can be done and all it takes is being mindful of what is around you and what words and feelings really mean. Not only pulling your thoughts on to the table but dissecting them to the nth degree. Allowing yourself to almost be the 3rd person, viewing them as exactly what they are…. thoughts. Understand this…
